Day 28 – “Radical Self-Responsibility”

Variety in life is a good thing. But what do you do when suddenly there is too much of everything – and no space left for that which truely matters and seemingly no time left to reconsider the direction you’re heading?

The last two weeks have been pretty exhausting. A mix of emotional imbalance, that makes me unhappy and not liking myself, too little sleep and an unfulfilling job situation. At times in life, things just pile up and it is hard to find the way out or get fired up enough to radically initiate a change.

I have a big tendency to strive for control in certain situations. Reasons behind that are manyfold. The interesting experiences and unusual feelings however happen, whenever I manage to let myself go out of control.

Time is precious, that’s why we should spend it wisely. Once gone, a moment or opportunity won’t ever come back. Especially the experience made at a young age can influence our whole adult life. Changing a fundament that was built way back in time is often very difficult.
